Kota Tinggi.

Haha, never easy to update whenever your brother hogs practically majority of the computer time, leaving you with little time to do your own stuffs. Ah, oh well, here comes part, er... one out of er.. two! mega post weeks.

Saturday..

Right. what did I do then. Hmm. Woke up at 5 plus in the morning just to head to Mum's office headquarters. Or whatever. Once again, her company organises another outing, this time to Kota Tinggi. Bro gets to see Goh Chok Tong's "Great Wall of China" house this time round. So off we go at 7.

Long forgotten about how people at coaches get a separate checkpoint for themselves. Breakfast was at some place called Ah Koong stall or sth. Basically they sell fishball noodles. I was skeptical about how tasty it is, but it was actually rather nice, the noodles do not have the kind of weird noodle taste like those in Singapore, something that put me off.

Headed to some Tau Sar Piah confectionery. Or at least a shop. Ok ar, the piahs. Bought sme peanuts here, some piahs there, some wife biscuit there... too bad no chewing gum sia. Or they stock is mint gums and mentos.

We headed to Kota Tinggi later. I just spent time continuing to sleep. Time I got up, we were in the middle of nowhere, the tour guide talking about those plantations and how they earn money or sth along those lines. Kota Tinggi was nice. That little waterfall area got turned into some resort place. Nice view too. And the mist that touches you from the cascading 'fall. They have big black ants too. Bigger than those red ants near Yung An Primary...

Swam in the river with mum later. Stubborn bro didn't wanna get wet. Oh well, least I get the single towel for myself. And phoar was the river cold! Like ice water sia. Swimming about there was different, other than the cold water. Grounds are uneven. One moment you are walking on sand, next step and you are on rocks. Once my foot almost got caught in one of them rocks. So you have shallow area at one point, and sudden drops to deep ends at others.
There was one area where the rocks are manually carved to simulate a waterfall. I placed a leaf there, and the once slowly flowing leaf suddenly caught the flow of the waterfall and rushed down real fast. Kinda like those movies eh.

Lunch was at some restaurant. Poor chili crab, too spicy for me sia. The way there was odd. One area had a huge bunch of crows circling about an empty space. Like some Batman scene where Batman is among lots of bats circling him. Hmm. Birdman.

Was at some fruit stalls later. Not really interested in those, so I checked out the nearby areas. Spotted some family rearing turkeys and chickens. lol, not expecting turkeys in asia. whole place there sure smelled like poo, but not that I care. Still got a black lizard in the longkang. Took a stick and prodded it. It stared at me and went back to basking in the sun. So I left it alone. Filthy canal nearby. water flowing was orange, and some fluffy things hanging about at the bed. There was a few fishes.

Crocodile farm next. We get to touch little crocs! Rubbery skin, not scaly at all. Wapiang, first time hold, then the dude peed. Lol, owner shouted huat ar! Guess really huat ar, such luck. Lucky never grab near its hole. So now we follow uncle, while he goes about prodding all his big old power crocs. All the crocs splashed and bite with heads and tails. Like seeing its ferocity in front of you. Mum says beats those other croc farms, those crocs like dead one, feed them also don't want to move. Prod the stick into their mouth, and they sure snap it off with one bite. Still got resounding jaw close sound sia.

Shopping at Tebrau City. Some big shop place called Jusco. Looks bigger than our Vivo. Nth much to do there. Walk about, see the shops, buying clothes (which I don't really like) and they don't seem to stock the 360. No time to walk whole shop anyway. Crazy bro throw tantrum. Because never got do some bookstore called Harris. What the heck is that. Nth special mah. Just a part of Popular. Nvr stock 360. He should learn to live and let go ar. Simple mah. Better than everyday act like godzilla.

Dinner was at another restaurant, duuo called what ar, also at some outskirts of JB. weird if you think about it. Everyone in Malaysia virtually has to have a vehicle to travel. everywhere also got one little place, more wilderness, and then another civilisation. Outskirts, outskirts, outskirts, jungle, jungle, jungle, jungle, town, town, city. Starting to feel sian eating more prawns and braised chicken. bet that is how those rich people feel eating restaurants non-stop. weirdos. wonder how they enjoy their food. I prefer my hawker centres anytime of the day.

Had a little argument at SG checkpoint. So what kinda people can use those auto gates ar. The tour guide and what others did seem to be two different things. I have kids using it, and people who don't seem to be bio-passport also using it. aiya. confusing sia.
