I never really like RPG games (sorry maple you completely screwed up my impression of RPG games even if you are a MMORPG) but Mass Effect 2's shooter/RPG style of play is interesting and fun! Only played a few missions so can't say much...

So basically in this futuristic sci-fi future, humanity is now the governing Council of this bunch of species of alien after a war destroyed the old alien council,and you play this human hero who got killed by something during a patrol for surviving resistance.
2 years later revived by a mysterious group using you to investigate missing human colonies which may be related to events 2 years before...

Like any other RPG, yer choose a type of character to play (if you haven't played Mass Effect) and either be a gunner, gunner with some magic powers, pure magik power dood (Admit it they are steroid junkies) or be the geek who likes machines~
The details into the stuffs are amazing! Intonation of the voice, data of the various race, technology and their culture etc, making it such that every decision you do can have some long lasting effects, if any... Of course you can always be a complete douche and bash your way through and see what you get!

I shall see how the game goes as I progress, but for now, AWESOME.

Mum brought some KOI bubble tea back today, extras her colleagues bought. Later, then I shall go find out what's so special about it and why you all queue up for it so desperately :P


Yesterday's Halo Reach release in Singapore was meh. But since we weren't the ones queuing (Only Kelvin haha!) we were just checking what little chicks are about Funan and checking out the place in general. I wonder what do our local fanboys feel like down there?
Saw Charissa on the train! And Minjia taking 98 home~


I think I am getting the hang of aiming in Pool after so long, but I'm still a terrible pool player. I can only hope for lots of tyco balls to fall upon me to win against the rest of you haha!

Finally touched Halo 3 after so many years! It isn't Halo Reach, but finally getting down to it and playing Campaign still feels awesomeeee (But Legendary, oh my gawd the numbers of times I died just trying to clear even the first level... I think I'll give it a pass and do it some other day instead if I want... Heroic seems ok for now though, we shall see how it goes...)
nothing like seeing a grunt do a mis-throw and sticking a plasma grenade onto the buddy infront of him haha! Ohhh so regret that I didn't record that down!
And its true, you get used to the better bumper buttons!
Maybe I could even get a few games from Kelvin and transefer them to my 360 so I get free plays, not sure if it works though... so if you are reading this Kelvin, don't sell your games away yet ok? :P


UPDATE: So... what's so special about KOI? I'm drinking this beige looking drink (I think it has tea in it...) and it tastes like bubble tea as bubble tea goes... nice list of (Indian states?) names on the side of the cup o.o
But ah well second time in mah life drinking bubble tea, so I guess can't say much =X

Some powerful stuff my mum told me today. Didn't know she had considered suicide together with my brother; Only she didn't because of me, since she still felt that she can't end one's problem and abandon the other.

Maybe this is a sign from Lady Luck, but since I'm the occasional male chauvinist...

O Lord, I suppose it's my time for me to ask you to lend me your strength, even if words (much less text) are probably terrible ways to converse with you. Thoughts would be more fitting. Instanteous, and most probably easy to comprehend. If you are aware of how the average human train of thoughts goes.

Anyway digressed too much. So maybe this is your strongest sign yet, and I suppose it's my time to help sort him out. The "sitting on the fence, hopping down and dropping navpoints" methods is taking a little slow. I only hope I have Time on my side, before one of them blows up and decides to do something insane. I know the two of us, me and mah bro, we Yin and Yang. Sure, perhaps we can do without one another, but we complement each other, even if we hate each other's guts at times (Guess that's the little tadpole heads between Yin and Yang). Maybe if he can sort himself out, he could be the moneymaker while I could be... something. But not a mean moneymaker that ignores his family...



Hope it helps that I've totally forgotten that the doctor diagnosed him with Asperger's, didn't remember till my mum reminded me today.


Maybe I'm slow in Aikido because there's always something in my mind. Even when there's nothing, I think there's something...

Or maybe I'm taking the wrong approach here :/


I still don't know how my mum knows I would most probably say hello to a ghost and try to touch it, but fear teachers like ghosts. Did I tell her I wanted to do that?? o.o I don't remember...

Helllooo! People of the Capital Wasteland!


I like, no scratch that. I LOVE my mum. Actually more like another reason to love her hahas. Few days ago, Saturday, 4th Sept I think, while the LTA/MRT/PAP are having fun partying on the tracks between Jurong East and Clementi, I was out there waiting for my sexy 154.

It wasn't so sexy after 2 fully-packed 154 came by instead :/

So ok, I decided to take a taxi to Ngee Ann instead, but WHOOOOAAA. All I see is red, red, red and more red LEDs, machiam CNY sia. Greens didn't like me :(

So from 8.15am to 9am I walked my way to Lakeside MRT Station to try my luck, but gave up after seeing the crowds. I then tried calling a cab (First time!), but waiting for an operator took too long so I gave up. By then I've walked to the edge of Boon Lay, and getting really bored/irritated, so I thought I'd call my mum and chat with her instead. (I would rather lie down on that beautiful grass patch and just watch the skies, but I still got a test and it starts at 9am :/)

So we talked, and eventually talked about how I'm still stuck in Lakeside, and by some luck, she found a cab, flagged it down, ran towards it and came to my rescue! I told her it wasn't neccessary (as Asians go...) but she came by to the bus stop to pick me up.

Now I know I tend to be/ act indifferent to kind gestures/ other's emotions for some werid reason, but deep down I was really touched by what she had done for me. I deserve to die for wondering whether I should thank her on the way to drop her off >.>

But in the end I man-ed up, and gave her a bro hug and peck on the cheek.

And thus I was late for the test for 30mins. 1st Year in Poly and I'm already starting to make records woow


Went to meet Weijie, Zeling, Qi Yu and Jingxuan after my last exam. So extra everyone else is mugging but meeee haha! But so sian I went to the wrong library at first. Didn't help that Weijie and Zeling's phone are dying :[ But ok in the end I managed to drop by and check out how much they've grown, and playing abit of Monopoly Deal before the indian/malay librarian told us we cannot play card games in the library ARARARARA

And messing with Hotel 626 in the end. Either my laptop sucks, or Wimailto:Wireless@SG is pranking me and refuses to load the flash now and then. While everyone psyched themselves into being afraid (I'm pretty sure Weijie and the two lovebirds aren't.. :P), I just gave random funny commentaries while the scene is unfolding. And that female ghost at the beginning, damn that's some realllly white teeth~

(Is Monopoly Deal all the rage in Polys now?? o.o)

Well tests are over now (3 days have passed), and I'm resisting the urge of opening the 360 games. No console yet so that's another day...



REMEMBER KIDS, THE MOVIE'S STILL ON, SO WHY DON'T YOU HELP BY INVITING MORE PEOPLE (COZ I DUNNO WHO ELSE TO INVITE) OR STATING WHEN YOU MIGHT BE FREE? THEN WE CAN WORK OUR WAY DOWN THE LIST. =D

Ah nothing like letting a load off your mind :) Alright gotta sleep tomorrow, Aikido's gotta clean up the dojo, so I can't be home to enjoy the Star Wars Marathon haha! Call me if yer needa find me ok? Bye kids! :D
