Rewatching Cowboy Bebop is odd, though i get to watch more episodes. Too bad it ends once again.

Someone tell me exact schoolwork, except maths? i think the list given by teacher is good enough.

fridays till the end, tuesday.

Right, com had a slight problem, so hadn't been posting for a while, turning off internet just in case, but now things are more or less stabilised, with the exception of being slow..

K, lets see what i can remember, nvr easy to rmb stuffs when im updating...

Friday

Was told I had to bring my brother to Hokkien Huay Kuan again, so i rushed to get the Halo 3 soundtrack to keep me busy.. managed to get it in time.. It sounds nice even when I hadn't played the game. It was also on this day that the computer got all cranky and sluggish.

Saturday

Ran the com in safe mode and checked for viruses. No incidents detected, to my chagrin. quickly just dumped the newer music into my mp3, had porridge and brought him out. Bro kept complaining how he was late. lucky got cab come before we reached the bus stop, so he gets his way and we got in.. didn't sleep in the cab, busy listening to the soundtracks...

Went about HDB Hub when I dropped him off. Saw they were letting people playing Halo 3 as demo at Courts. So stuck there whole time lor. Man, those ppl playing looks like they are kinda.. weak or sth. They don't do strafe-fire, and do some weak weapon combos. And they seem like they were playing on Easy. Didn't comment directly though, just let them go along... still got one angmoh pop by later, he commented a little on Halo 3, and some stuff on Forge.. didn't totally get what he was saying, but just nodded in agreement as respect. Watched that Saturday movie show at night... lol, really not right for Schwarzenegger to do family shows.... I could even guess some plots in the movie..

Spent some time at night to try narrowing down computer problem.. not much luck..

Sunday

Usual swimming... saw Xinying male with his bro and some other gy at the counter.. wonder what they were doing there, didn't see them later...

Had kuay teow and some yellow noodles for lunch, didn't finish them all, so left some for dinner.

Watched Batman Begins at night, more real to the actual Batman series, I guess....
Cha Kuay Teow at night, ya, more like a slightly bland version of it, but still ok.. least it beats the usual fare.

Monday

Went to bro's school to buy his school books. His school, i dunno, looks some kinda pristine. Maybe its the lack of carbon based life forms on that day.

Let the stuffs back at home then went to The cathay to watch Stardust... The Cathay looks odd for the first time.. old outside, with the modern looks inside and at the back. And cold everywhere.

The movie's ok ar, I suppose, for a fantasy show, though it is still filled with some usual clinches.

Dinner's at some place called Formosa Delights... got myself some X.O noodle... lacks the X.O eh.. the X.O crab bee hoon elsewhere more. The chicken with hua tiew wine tastes funny, bit heavy on the wine taste, though i like it for some crazy reasons. Drank bubble tea for the first time. Quite ok ar, no wonder people like it. Still i kept drinking in my X.O nnoodle, just tastes nice. Mum said my face kinda red after the meal, dunno bout that, nvr checked mirror or anything...

Tuesday

Called up acer helpline for help, wapiang, four times, practically 4 different kinds of solving methods... can't they just dump a technician here. Well, at least the problem is more or less pinpointed, so least it doesn't seem to be virus attack.

Re-edited the playlist on this blog, so those thirty minutes things are cleared, though i left the old one under the extras page.

door doneness.

Fixed the door holder with my dad. dang things sure are tight. Replaced both parts when we realised the old and new parts don't quite fit, so we spent some time substituting stuff.

lol, magnets on these stuffs don't hold as well, guess they don't make magnets like they used to.

Bought the sec 3 books today... too bad most of them are like, new editions? cannot borrow much from cousins, i suppose..



two planes flew nearby tonight, they sounded funny, one sounds as if a woman is falling and screaming, and the other sounds like a loud engine roar, with a explosiony kinda sound at the end. Like as if it crashed into a HDB, still gt another booming sound later.

Propaganda T3.

Went to look at the Terminal 3 opening house..

Quite ok ar, looks, er.. shiny?

Went to the transit area for the first time, things sure look different on the inside... too bad not all shop open, and terminal still not fully ready, if not can see a terminal in its full grandeur...

Saw a few familiar faces, namely one neighbour of sorts, two(?) lakesiders, and one from 2i4.

Man, he looks fierce or sth liddat even outside.

Not bad ar, i suppose T3 has some of the better plane viewing areas ard, man, ppl in transit area pay to get more, even better views at the planes lor... sian.

Went for food fair later, lol, big and cold. Pretty much like that time when I went for the dead body exhibition.

And i was getting hungry, and i kept hiccuping. Very bad combo. stomach no like.

So much better after having a proper dinner.

Mainly just walked about looking the foods they display.. lol, HPB, SPH still kayu go there, no food offer how attract people...

Lets churn out a summary for these two days.

Forced to watch some show on how Confucious teachings can help in our everyday lives. Hated it at first, but makes some sense here and there. Some "wtf" moments abound.

Finished Half-Life, heavy cheating on the Xen areas. HOW THE HELL YOU DO SUPERJUMPS.

Completed Half-Life 2: Episode 1 too. Man, should have gotten PROViSiON's release earlier, works like a charm.

And rotting at home. Newpaper reading. Book reading. I need stuff. Like what?

Maybe those Lego sets.....

Hiros.

Helped fix my mother's bag today. So irritating trying to get the zipper back where it belong, the position has to be perfect.

Watched Heroes. Lol to Hiro, and the Start Trek references.

Half-Life has those 1990s graphics and all, but i don't know, it has some kinda allure to it..

Anyone got experience with getting Japanese music? I am looking for a few. In a sense.
And help me get "Enter The Dragon" too, anyone?

Guess I should've bluffed about having sth on during open house huh. Dunno wth I'm doing there. Give people prize, blah blah.... majority of the time spent with playing weiqi eh, it seems.. lol, like just slack there.

Went home at 4, stupid bus nvr see me zao liao. decided to walk-run home, actually caught up with the bus at where I usually alight sia...

Rushed home and quickly changed clothes, eating fruits and bao b4 rushing out to Woodlands Regional Library..

crazy bro and his cheese mania, ate at BK for dinner, crazy cheesesticks over-cheesy ar, still say he like, wtf.

played around at timezone later, din't realise i still have 5 dollars in one of my cards, lol, charge until kinda overload.

Sunday
Amazing we spent time at lazy river only, swim away from bro whenever he mentions about getting a mmorpg for me play... where's the fun in those if no friends to go start with, lol.. besides they kinda suck.

Poor Demonoid went down, could pose a problem...

Watched Fantastic Four on chnl 5, lol, can't think of how to describe it. "lol" moments abound, but seems more action than Silver Surfer.

Looks like I'll get Halo 3 Original Soundtrack b4 touching the game.

music finding.

Anyone able to help me find the music for Kung Fu Chaos, or the theme music from Bruce Lee's movie "Enter The Dragon" ?

The recent Deal or No Deal ad reminded me i was searching for that months ago.

had a odd dream while taking my own afternoon nap of sorts.

I was in a race in shopping centre in those kiddy motor vehicles, and supposed to race to Toys R' Us. (ok, wtf man.) All was fine, i'm in some sorta upper age category, then i took a wrong turn, rest also took a wrong turn, the younger tykes knowing the way, went elsewhere. so we rushed to follow, i hit sth, slowed me down, and was last in upper category. saw my old classmate on the way out (??) and went about the centre.

coz's arrival.

Screw digitalzone. looks like am gonna have to test out provision's release, or am forgetting about Episode 1 and try the olde' Half Life.

Cousins dropped by today, along with someone I'm supposed to call "Kaum Po" or sth. Didn't really do much, mainly munching around, and joking about.. lol, one last time still say maple so lame, now also go play....

should really build my own com from ground up next time if i got eh dough.

lol, kinda like movie marathon for me today, watching those channel 5 movies, Screw Loose, Shall We Dance?, Starship Troopers 2 and Steal.

Screw Loose was ok, son chasing mental oldie to do as his father says, with comedy in it..
Shall We Dance, ok, gets into you. Somehow.
Starship Troopers 2, near bullshit, nth to do with the actual stuff, and turning it into another of those alien sci fi horror show.
Steal, robbery turned... what, action packed? aye, ok.

hl2 ep1, harry potter.

Half Life 2: Episode 1 plays great.

Reading the last Harry Potter book also, mum finally dug it out. Bro completed reading the book in what he estimates is 4 hours. I'm now 3/4 into the book since reading from the morning, with the occasional breaks. Guess i will complete it tomorrow.

got this crazy idea involving Leonidas from 300, his "kick-dude-into-hole" scene and harry potter. anyone wanna help?

old coins

was asked to reorganise grandpa's old coins.

wow, quite a collection he has, 50 cent coins dating back to the 1920, and they were bigger than the 50 cents we have today! the one dollar ones are the crazier ones, bigger than those old 50s, and looks like it's twice the size of the one dollar coins nowadays. he even had those old china copper coins..

Completed Half-Life 2, with some.... assistance.

crazy dreams, man.

man, half-life 2's Ravenholm is practically Resident Evil, and Nova Prospekt is crazy fun with antlions.

had this odd dream today, though there are still bits and pieces i can't rmb...

so i was at this libray, guess i was looking for a book, so walking about aimlessly, i saw all these people, and students who wear winter jackets, blue in colur. they look bulky. then, i was supposed to meet my brother at dunno wad clinic. i was walking up this slanted piece of pillar to reach there. (wtf?) next thing i knew, i was kicking Combine ass in Nova Prospekt.

Then got out of the clinic, and (jumped) down the pillar, the pillar acting all cushionly on me. Next thing i knew, i was at the swimming pool with a young girl (swimming junior? i dunno.) and soon she started with butterfly with others. my mother nearby commented how the swimming instructor prides himself with teaching butterfly.

then darth vader's face appeared at one side, and there was this conversation, between, say, Superman 1 and Superman 2. Superman 2 was talking about his life. (can't rmb the full details.) at one point, his female friend came up with this crazy idea for a job, the shopowner would drive by the same bunch of naked ladies, squeeze a fake boob on his table, and Superman 2 says "fuck" to earn money. (Roffle?) one day, he forgotten to, the angry shopkeeper, furious, then gave him milk bottles everytime they made their rounds.

At night that day, Superman 2 was sleeping standing in the vehicle with the shopkeeper, himself wearing a underwear with little pictures of girls, and playing with his long mini dick. the shopkeeper, curious, went to look closer. (wtflololololololol!) then more conversation, and Superman 2 commented how he had got rid of Superman 1's villians in Smallville, but made Lex Luthor strong. (That's what the show gives me the impression, i suppose.) Superman 1 got furious, and ordered Superman 2 to destroy him.

Superman 2 flies to this ship built on Hollywood, and turned himself into liquid form and slipped into the ship. Lex Luthor was looking at some live feeds. (also looking at the conversation) when there was a small blackout. Superman 2 reached the engines area, then slipped into liquid again, and have half of him in front part of ship, another half at engines. (lol?) then, darth vader appeared in the night, in blue, cloudy time, seeing his face before the clouds covered him, the darth vader theme playing. then the whole superman thing stopped, youtube failing to buffer beyond that point. (what? watching the conversation on youtube?)

crazy.

heard 4 loud boom sounds at ard 8pm. huh. i looked out the window and saw nothing extraordinary, but did see lotsa ppl peeping out. wow, guess the whole block is curious.

half life 2 RAWKSSS.

no dad = good sleep.

slept till 11am once again, not much, but beats the usual time anytime of the day.

man, half-life 2 is crazy fun, no wonder it was critically acclaimed.

though this gear of mine can't handle it in its full glory, but heck, least the game ran.


Looks like the holidays aren't so tough anymore. Mop up the rest of them!
