Today what mock chinese compo test, boring leh. Don't think I would pass it since I just crapped the paper and wrote very little, and I also spent time doodling on the question paper...

Wah, today go home take bus sibei pattern. So many people coming down from double-decker bus preparing to exit, then uncle never see, coz lower deck very crowded, close exit zao liao. Haha, end up all the upper deck people must go next stop alight, suay sia!

Tuition teacher today 1-up me. Late pruss never bring work stay back 20min. Next time like Time Crisis somemore still got time extension sio. Wah, dun think I would still try very hard to not be late just because of that. But it is boring being the only besides cher in the tuition room.

Bus home from tuition, got this worker wanting to get off the bus, but again like afternoon uncle close door zao liao. So he ding dong again, then while bus waiting for green light at traffic light there, he open door let the worker out in the middle of the road. Wah, one day see 2 different reactions to similar situations, 4D also not so zun lah...

Almost fell walking to school today, lucky I fell forward and pushed myself off the ground before I landed..
And today is the first mother tongue lesson that I managed to stay up for! With sweets and Pringles to eat, staying awake for his lesson was easy..
Last but not least, household bill this time broke the $200 mark, with electricity nearly hitting $100. Wtf lah, bloody brother who likes staying up reading nytimes, Consumerist, Lifehacker, and playing flash games.
And how do you resize this image? It's supposed to be big, but dunno why I put on blogger keep small small one. Sorry ah, looks like you have to open image until I fix this problem...
Never good on html stuffs.

Now bro is off to Bintan for his school trip, so I can have a few days of fight-free computer time!
Note to self: Open Pringles when he back, as celebration. Going to lau feng liao anyway.
Lol, mum forgot she arranged to meet the parents today, so she made Mr Lee wait until 7.30pm still never see her. Suay sia. Then he had to call me while I was bathing, lol.
OT: Found Amy's profile on youtube few days (weeks?) ago. Nothing really special about that, just wanted to put this post-it pad here. Moving along.
Sucks that I still don't know how to use SRPAnet by now. Wikibruce is slow to update sometimes, and its much more fun joining the arg itself, even a teeny wincy bit, rather than being a observer..

Did I mention in my previous post that I managed to enter Marina Square's female toilet? heheh!
Went to Marina Square again the next day, this time to fill out as much feedback form as possible to try to win something. Was nice that mum came along, I suppose I wouldn't be able to do it without her around. It's not easy going to some corner and acting like kiasu people, and now those kiasu aunties have earned my respect. It's not easy to be able to openly fill out forms after forms of goodie-winning chances, and those aunties got guts, I hand it to them.
After that was just loitering about X08. Left 4 Dead looks interesting, even if abit "expressive" with the gore, and tried out the demo of Farcry 2. Farcry 2 for the 360 is ok, but could have a better aiming system, the fact that I have to travel long distances with no action at all on foot, and also not kill off players when they wander too far by throwing malaria at them. It isn't exactly fun to see your character faint all of a sudden for no reason without explanation, resulting in a return to the previous checkpoint. Aiming system is also a tad slow, even at highest sensitivity, so making weapons like SMGs not easy to aim at times, and makes shotguns and pistols easier, but still slow.
Went Istana on Monday. But it rained when we reached Plaza Singapura, so we went Carrefour to find a motocar for the maid to bring back to Indonesia. I like the new Lego: Star Wars toys, but the droideka looks less like the actual one, compared to the Series 1 Lego Star Wars. Droids are nice though, and like the fact they finally have a rifle, not like last time when it was simply a bulky blaster.

The Istana is big. A small lake for two swans, guards all over the place, huge greeneries throughout the place, personal golf courses for His Excellency, and flowers set in various patterns. The gifts our nation have received is equally exquisite and grand, some simple, but still beautiful. The Istana also looks like some of the more handicap-accessible place in Singapore, with slopes everywhere, and lifts in the main building itself. Amazingly the place is really quiet, even while being near the main roads and crowds. Guess trees do really help as sound muffers.

Got a new pair of earphones. Some Japan brand, made in China one I think. Least it works, so I'm not complaining, yet.

How did I wake up to find myself having a cut on my right eyebrow? Weird. Not as if a ninja chased me in the dead of the night.
Went Central Lending Library this time, bro wanted to get Persepolis 2.
Headed to Marina Square to look at prospective earphones, no luck. Ah well.
Bro kept chanting along the way that it is hard to find, and I should succumb to ebay to find what I want. Did a strangulation on the back of his neck with my left hand. Made him angry enough to walk off. So we were heading elsewhere, with bro in another direction. Mum caught up with me sometime later and asked if I saw him. For the next few minutes we spent time searching the vicinity for him to no avail, before we finally decided to make a PM in Marina Square.
As usual, Singapore's law by law notion made the staff decide to call bro to meet at Information Counter than the X08 place. So mum waited there while I headed back to where we last saw him. Was surprisingly calm the whole time, guess I had faith in his streetsmart, or I just plain don't care. So I was standing there, singing to pass the time...
Saw Jingwei with his (girlfriend?). Shorter than him, least to say.
After about 20, 45 minutes, house called back saying he'd came back home by himself. His reason? Waste of time. Grr. Doesn't give him the right to just walk off on his own without notifying us. Although I too was also wrong to have used force, again.
Never pays to be a hothead. Ah.
Both are equally wrong, coming down to this.

Nothing much happened today, other than a deeparaya celebration. Fell asleep for that assembly as usual.
The open house haunted house's ideas are nice, but do they work out? Hmm, I don't know. Need floor plan to decide.
Finally updated Norton Internet Security 2008 to 2009. Bloody installer keeps running in command mode instead of being a self-executable file. Had to re-download several times to get it right. Bleh.
Today go school, ask people, then I know I have more elearning works under Assessment. Wakao, no wonder I did so little work, cause I only looked at the Repository and Forum sections. Aww, that means I have to do more elearning...
If it's still there. >.o!
EDIT: wtf, can't find physics and chinese work! Aww, looks like those 2 removed their homeworks the fastest... oh well. Least I have a copy of those ppt/word docs, and i rushed the rest of the assessment work liao...

HSK was easy leh, except maybe the portion where you fill in chinese characters, left 3 blanks out of that whole section.
So from Serangoon we made our way to Plaza Sing, having lunch there and looking about for earphones, I think. Action City sells massager cum vibrator seh, act act ah the shop!
Saw DVDs with covers looking like box arts of Call of Duty 4, and Medal of Honor: Airborne. And they got passed off as B-grade shows? Whoa.
After that it's more scourging for earphones at Funan, didn't see any I want. Quit bombarding with in-ears, bloody corporates.
Pan's Labyrinth is interesting, nice film actually. Quite open to interpretations on the film's themes, rather than just fairytales and the real world.
Bowling was nice, hmm. Still sucked as usual, but least we got a tour of the back of the bowling arena. They sent us to the Jurong Superbowl, not the Raffles one. Quite a long time since I went there, the dinky feeling of the bowl replaced with the more bright and common look of most arenas.
Self-medication for my runny nose and sore throat seems to work. Guess mixing of medicines doesn't matter for my body for such minor cases.
Watching old shows like Mind Your Language is like watching Mr. Bean; it may be old and you may have seen it everywhere, but it's always entertaining.
'Allo 'Allo! was nice, I like how the show makes fun of the period during World War II..
A lizard fell from the ceiling to the ground beside me with a "piak" sound. Haha, thought all lizards are good at their grippings. This one is not well-versed in the ways of the Force.

Appreciation night was okay. Did usherings, and at least we had meals given there.

Why the school gave a dozen eggs and 2 tea eggs to the alma maters, I don't get it. Imagine being given nothing but eggs. Wow, talk about insane.
I can't believe my earphone's getting cranky. Even the originals were better. crap.
Right, note to self, get earphones, standard non in ears ones, with strong connecting point, material holding the metal point included, and speakers not break easily from repeated drops/pulls.

Well, failed 5 of 8 subjects for EOY. Oh well, can't say I like the scores much. What's done's done.
Feels weird having nothing to do at home. I read books nowadays, since bro uses the computer more, much is nice. Perhaps prepare for chinese? But it feels weird staring at those books and assessments. Dilemma.
Persepolis's a nice book, sure, I watched the film, but reading the book gives another insight. Of course, film limitations, with a need to streamline stories to keep it smooth-flowing and still getting it's content right, is already quite well on summarising the book.
Book still gives more details.

Apparently HPB does checks for people too tall. Think going there to just have your height, arm span, and weight checked. Well, bro now is measured to be around the same height as me. Freaky. I can finally retire and let him take over the role of elder brother huh.

Went to borrow books at Woodlands Library. The stuff my brother can do just to find books he wants. Oh well, least he wanted Persepolis. The film's nice, so wanted to read the graphic novel.
That new what, simi karai burger, taste like crap sia, take two bites then don't want eat liao. Wasabi isn't spicy lor, is more of pungent until your nose feels on fire.

The NTUC across several blocks sure has a different layout. Small, Octagon-sized, but still somehow fits all your necessities in one place.

Think that's about it for this time. Hmm.

Exam finish liao yayayayayayayayayayayayayayay *∞!

Emaths is , I think can pass lah. I think. Feels dumb being unable to do some of the questions..
And a expansion pack for Halo 3! Sort of. Out somewhere around Fall 2009..
Contains the usual multiplayer map packs, looks like, and another campaign, playing as an ODST. o.o.
I wans fr33 exbox 360. arr!

Hah, amaths and chemistry, if I pass hah, must be sibei lucky. Amaths ar.. sia lah, the questions I find that if your amaths good right, is can pass one. But amaths buay hau, so....

Chemistry, kanasai, I dunno smoke smoke my way out of don't know how many questions sia. Sia la sia la.

Tomorrow last paper, woohoo! Emaths paper 1, cher say get 40/60 good enough for the lowest in class. I think. Hmm, nouch simple, but whatever, die die must try.

But still sian eh, finish exam still got amaths tuition that day, lawl.

Wah, history didn't get time to do part 2b) sia, as good as 13 marks gone, lol. Wasted too much time crapping on part 2a) lah, by the time finish SBQ also, left 3 min end paper liao. Kanasai, so anyhow write one short statement for 2b) and the end liao.

Amaths fail liao! Kao.

AHH! Finally completed Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2 Episode 1, Half-Life 2 Episode 2, and Metastasis on hard modes. Wah, for a mod, Metastasis's hard mode is so much more tougher than the Half-Life ones. Throwing angry fits about when playing that.
Well, finally a nice excuse to remove these games from my computer.

And why ah ma so kancheong want me go collect the IC, everyday come back always ask me that. Walao, early out then go home mah. Still collect. Next time collect also can mah. Kanasai eh, everyday nag. The IC is pointless anyway since the ezlink card does the same job. No?

Tough making music on the Mario Paint Composer. I don't know my musical notes, and it's hard to pick what you what. Uh, we'll see how it would go, meanwhile...

Went IMM for geog revision yesterday. It's ok. First time eating breakfast and lunch at Long John Silver. Wah, damn full sia.



Visited the warehouse at IMM. empty and quiet, the barren passages and the stores show potential to be places for selling of niche items.



Didn't know IMM moved it's playground to level 3. Even got small pool area sia.



neighbour gave us Hari Raya goodies. Haha, so now we have cookies to eat, and spicy curry, chicken, vegetables and lontongs for the next few days!

Stomach reacts differently though. Shit blood today. Wapiang, wipe my butt I thought I kena menstruation sia. Wait and see how. Don't fall sick during exam time can liao.

Wasn't so much as revising geog, more like killing time on youtube listening to various musics made with mario paint composers. Aha, geog die geog die!
